The 45th International Exhibition of Amusement Rides and Entertainment Equipment (RAAPA Expo 2025) in Moscow has successfully concluded. During the event, Hooplo Group connected with industry professionals, returning clients, and new partners from Russia and surrounding regions, receiving strong interest in our amusement rides, VR equipment, and integrated entertainment solutions.
A notable outcome of the exhibition was the successful conversion of a pre-existing online inquiry into an on-site confirmed order. Prior to the exhibition, we had been in contact with a Russian customer who showed strong interest in our VR products. Although the customer was impressed by our online presentations, technical specifications, and previous project cases, they remained cautious due to not having experienced the equipment in person.
After learning that Hooplo Group would be present at RAAPA Expo 2025, the customer decided to visit our booth and engage in a direct discussion. On the first day of the exhibition, the customer arrived early and had an in-depth conversation with our team regarding the products and solutions.
Following the discussion, the customer expressed high confidence in the product quality, performance, and overall solutions. As a result, the customer paid USD 5,000 in cash as a deposit on-site and signed the contract during the exhibition, marking a successful conversion from online inquiry to confirmed order.
Throughout the exhibition, Hooplo Group also received positive feedback and strong interest from other attendees, highlighting the growing demand for VR equipment, amusement rides, indoor playground solutions, and inflatable attractions.
RAAPA Expo 2025 once again demonstrated the importance of face-to-face communication and direct business negotiation. Hooplo Group will continue participating in international exhibitions to strengthen global partnerships and provide high-quality amusement equipment and one-stop project solutions.
